Terms and Conditions

1)  The promoter is Tikati Pty Ltd, TAS Hydraulink Gold Coast, ABN 58 656 727 436, ACN 656 727 436.

2) The winner will be randomly drawn on the 5^th December 2025 at 11.00am AEST. Winner’s last name, first initial or Business Name will be published within 7 days of the draw on Hydraulink Gold Coast Social media sites. Winners will be notified on 5^th December 2025 by email and/or by phone call.

3) The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4) If the prize is unclaimed by close of business on Saturday 13^th December 2025, a redraw will be held on 15^th December 2025. Redraw winner’s last name, first initial or Business Name will be published within 7 days of the draw on Hydraulink Gold Coast Social media sites. Redraw winner will be notified on 15^th December 2025 by email and/or by phone call.

5)  Entrants are limited to one entry per unique valid Invoice number. Valid invoices include those that are for purchases greater than $100.00 between 15^th October 2025 and 30^th November 2025.

6) To Enter, scan the QR code or go to the website www.hydraulinkgoldcoast.com.au and complete your entry details on the Competitions page.

7) To be eligible to receive the prize, C.O.D invoices must be paid in full, or Trade Account must be within credit terms.

8) Australian residents, who are 18 years of age or older may enter.

9) Hydraulink Gold Coast employees and their immediate families are excluded from entering.

10) Other Hydraulink businesses and their employees are excluded from entering.

11) The prize includes – 1 x Kings Grand Tourer MKIII Aluminium Rooftop Tent- RRP of $1,995.00. For clarity the vehicle pictured on the promotional material is not included.

12) The promotion will start on 15^th October 2025 and finish on the 30^th November 2025.

13) The draw will be held at Hydraulink Gold Coast, 1/24 Lawrence Drive, Nerang QLD 4211.

15) If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure to any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize.
